The project is located in the Municipality of Latsia. The development consists of six houses, with three and four bedrooms, both semi-detached and detached units. Each residence includes a covered parking space.

All the houses feature 3–4 bathrooms (a guest bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a main bathroom and an en-suite shower in the master bedroom on the first floor. Houses A3 & A4 also include two bedrooms with en-suite showers).

All residences have an open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen can also be made independent, separated by a partition wall and a sliding interior door.
