Luxury house The grounds consist of the main building with two floors, a secondary building separated into two parts, and a large garden and swimming pool. There are a total of 10 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, and a WC.The ground floor of the main building consists of a large salon with 2 seating areas, a dining room, corner study, and guest WC. There is a large kitchen with its own dining area, lounge, skylight, and fireplace. On the same floor, there is a secondary kitchen with a pantry, two guest bedrooms, and a bathroom.Upstairs there are a total of 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, all overlooking the garden. The large master bedroom has two dressing rooms, an en-suite bathroom with a sauna/ shower, and a Jacuzzi. Additionally, there are 2 covered and 2 uncovered parking spaces on the premises.The house has 2 water wells, a large heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi, and an outdoor shower. The large garden is mature, well kept, and comprised mainly of olive, palm, and evergreen trees, cacti, a wide grassy area, and a wooden cabin at the depth of the grounds.The house has full central heating, air condition units throughout, and an intercom phone system in each room. There is an elevator for access to the bedrooms in the main building. The grounds have full CCTV coverage and alarm.
