The under-construction luxury gated residential complex is located in the western part of Limassol, just one minute from Lady’s Mile Beach, on a 140-hectare site that includes an 18-hole international-standard golf course. It is 5 minutes from a shopping center, 2 minutes from a supermarket, and 50 minutes from the airport.

The complex offers a wide range of amenities, including an 18-hole golf course, a golf club with a surface area of 1,700 m², 500 villas and 250 apartments to be built in several phases, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a SPA and sports club, tennis courts, a basketball court, cycle paths, restaurants and cafes, children’s playgrounds, an open-air amphitheater, and gardens for plant cultivation.

The apartment development consists of three six-storey buildings located close to the modern clubhouse. Each building will offer 42 comfortable two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Each apartment has an internal area of 124 m², a covered veranda of 35 m², and an uncovered veranda of 7 m². The living area includes a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms, a guest WC and a main bathroom.

Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, VRF air conditioning, photovoltaic panels and provisions for alarm system. For residents’ convenience, all apartments include storage rooms and parking spaces for cars and motorbikes, with provisions for electric vehicle chargers.

The project is currently under construction, with an estimated delivery in December 2027.
