Externally it would have four covered parking spaces, an elevated residence with a kitchen/living area, a bedroom, a bathroom, a swimming pool and a BBQ kiosk with WC. The ''Zeus'' residence is at 40% completion stage. It is in poor condition and is considered of no economic value.
