The project is located in Germasogeia village, Panorea district, Limassol district with a beautiful view. This project explores another type of urban development model consisting of mixed-scale residential units. The apartment building consists of 3 levels of apartments, studios, one and two bedrooms. The last level of the building is a penthouse with 3 bedrooms and internal access to a private roof garden. Thanks to the modern interior design, this penthouse reflects the essence of creating a secluded place where its inhabitants can enjoy an exclusive life experience. Subsequently, the design manages to convey a sense of privacy and luxury, which is usually reserved for a single-family home or for large-scale loft-style living.
