There are fully integrated appliances and is equipped with all the cooking and serving utensils you require. It also has a built-in wine fridge which is a necessity in a house like this!!
There is a further back kitchen which houses all the utilities washing machine drier, lots of cupboard space to store all you precious items and a further drinks fridge, a must for all the fun barbeques. The front and side have traditional Cypriot arches but painted white like the rest of the house which gives a very chic understated look to the whole house.
Then through a gate to another stunning area where the cats live!! There is also a car port for two cars to keep them out sun in the summer. There are also plugs which allow performance cars to be trickle charged till they are needed.
Back in the house there is a stunning spiral marble staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms passing a fantastic chandelier which hangs down the middle of the spiral. There is a balcony that overlooks downstairs and could be preached from!
The master bedroom is superbly decorated and finished in the "Shabby Sheek" style and has its own walk in wardrobes and dressing area. There are stunning views across Agia Napa from the shared balcony which can also be used for a little tipple or even breakfast. The master en-suite bathroom with a full room length walk-in shower. The second bedroom and main guest room is truly spectacular. It is set on the side of the house with amazing views over Agis Napa. The third bedroom is currently an office and is the hub of the owner’s various business ventures. It has all of the requirements for fast broadband hardwired to a computer and all the wiring for a high-tech office. It could easily be converted back to a lovely single bedroom, with all cupboard space available.
