The kitchens are equipped with built-in appliances by Miele, and the house includes more than 150 energy-efficient LED lighting sources from Italian brand Lumin Arte.
The residence is fully equipped with a next-generation smart home system based on the German KNX platform and controlled via the exclusive mobile application “Alezone Home,” allowing remote management of lighting, video surveillance, security systems, heating, air conditioning, garden irrigation, media systems, door locks, curtains, ventilation, and household appliances.
