This is one of the nicest Neoclassical Registered Listed buildings in the heart of the Old Town of Limassol. The building is 550, sq.m with option for a mezzanine about 100 sq. m and additionally has a unique roof terrace of at least 150 sq. m. with a kitchen and necessary facilities (included in the planning permit) so that the roof can be used for leisure or entertaining purposes.
